  • Returns will not be accepted if the handbag or clutch shows signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations after delivery.
  • Discounted, clearance, or promotional items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, wallet inserts, organizers, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
